Learning Unit #6 General Notes

Learning Unit #6 focuses on a selection of Blender generate and deform modifiers. These are all object mode modifiers that provide a wide array of modeling tools.

This learning unit also focuses on the Bezier curve and circle objects, which can be extruded, lofted or lathed to model new objects.

1. View the 10 video tutorials. You may want to have your Blender application open to practice the tools or techniques demonstrated in each video tutorial.Click on the Alternate Flash Stream Link af to view Flash video

2. Complete the Learning Unit #6 Exercise.

3. Complete the Learning Unit #6 PDF Tutorial (Dice). Click on the PDF tutorial link to view the tutorial. There is also a link to a completed copy of the tutorial .blend file named "DiceComplete.blend".

The Dice tutorial is fairly easy to complete. It provides a good introduction to Blender's Boolean modifier tool.
